Car Rental Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum age: 22 years (23 years for electric vehicles)
  • Valid driving licence held for at least 24 months
  • Only authorised drivers may drive the vehicle
  • €400 security deposit by pre-authorisation upon vehicle collection
  • Automatically released after the rental (release time depends on your bank)
  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) included
  • Maximum liability: €400 per incident
  • CDW does not apply in cases of negligence, misuse, or traffic law violations
  • Full-to-Full
  • Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level
  • Driving is permitted only on the island of Corfu
  • Off-road driving is prohibited
  • Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited
